Welcome to Newport Shores

Newport Shores has been called “The Venice of Lake Washington” and we, the Infused Team, are charmed by this description. When we think of Venice, we think of history, canals, community, and the kind of place you’d be fortunate to call home.

History

Built in the 1960s, Newport Shores is nestled alongside Lake Washington and offers 343 homes situated on 172 acres of land. The main canal branches off into two separate canals, allowing for 100 of Newport Shores’ homes to boast “waterfront” in their list of amenities. The Newport Shores Marina has 119 boat slips offered for sale and for lease, depending on availability.

Situated close to the junction of both I-90 and I-405, commuting to downtown Bellevue and downtown Seattle is a short distance via bicycle and car. Recreational activities, renowned restaurants, and shopping are mere minutes away.

Jen Harper, with her husband and two children, has lived in Newport Shores for over seventeen years. She has seen firsthand the difference that purchasing a home in a community like Newport Shores can make in the quality of one’s life.

Community
Residency in Newport Shores comes with member benefits to the amenities of the Newport Shores Yacht Club. Membership offers access to a seasonally heated swimming pool, swim teams, tennis facilities, year-round staff, summer coaches, clubhouse rental opportunities, and seasonal celebrations that are anticipated all year long.

Then there’s the sense of community that doesn’t come with a fee. It’s the neighbors showing up to welcome you to this unique enclave. It’s events geared for kids, and the monthly gatherings for parents and empty-nesters. For parents, it's the award-winning schools and comfort in knowing the community recognizes and watches out for your children.

A Place to Call Home

This is the kind of place people believe doesn’t exist anymore ... but it does.

Call Jen Harper today and allow her the opportunity to personally show you what separates Newport Shores from its surrounding communities.
